Right...as once again the second leg hasn't gone through I have made a decision as this can't go on much longer. I have decided that the final will be one leg (there is no real advantage to being at home anyway so that is not big deal), played on week 30. This will be moved ONLY if Marc beats Mike 2-0 next week (ie setting up a sudden death game).

To that end....if next week's game is not played then the result from the first leg will count only so Mike will go through 2-0 on aggregate ON THE CONDITION that Mike supplies proof next week that he did his orders 100% correct. If it turns out that he didn't do the orders 100% correct then Marc will be awarded a 3-0 win and will go to the final.

This ensures a result and gives both managers the opportunity and incentive to get the game played and as both managers have failed on more than 1 occasion it seems the fairest option.

Hopefully you will both realise I am trying to be fair here ...and touch wood the match will go through next week anyway.

Therefore barring marc winning 2-0 the final will take place on week 30. Thus giving everyone a 2 week break before the second WPL Super Cup commences on week 2.

I take it Glynn gave you confirmation I confirmed??

I even e-mailed him this morning to double confirm!

The fact is mate both of you seem to be confirming without it taking place and this has to finish before the end of the season and I think I have come up with the only fair way of doing things after all these weeks...if both of you have it correct next week then the match is played...if it isn't played then I will ask Mike to send me his proof...if he has it correct he is through..if I see any error at all you are through...as fair as I can be.

Have to say I am trying to be impartial but right at this moment I hope whoever goes through loses to Jon

Well the friendly hasn't been played again and Mike has provided proof that his side of the fixture has been put in 100% correctly so the tie is awarded to his boys who will play their one leg final next week.

The draw has been made and Jon has home field advantage.

I DID confirm & you can have a copy of my turn that was sent to prove it!

Marc - I have no doubts that you did confirm as well....but for some reason the program just won't play your game so I am taking the first leg as the result as clearly both of you have had "failed" weeks and now it seems to be an issue with the program itself and not either of you. If you had won the first leg then you would now be in the final as something had to be done as we have spent 7 bloomin' weeks trying to complete 2 matches without success.

In my opinion the fault lies squarely with the program and not with either of you...but we had to get a result and clearly you both putting down the correct instructions doesn't appear to be working so this is all that was left (if you two had drawn the first leg I think I would have just declared Jon the winner ).
