A local derby sees Newport earn the bragging rights with a 2-0 win over Longfield to stay top for the time being. Fab win for Newport but confirms a bit of a turbulent start to a title defence for Longfield.

Both sides found FP's but neither are of any quality unfortunately.

A change of tactics sees Broughton Rovers sneak a 0-1 win at Manchester Dragons. Not sure the result is a true reflection of the match, but it’s a very welcome 3 points.

Stanton United put in another solid performance and win 2-0 against AFC Rams.

Retro Palestra come through a tight game to win 2-0 against Bon Accord United.
